A personal appearance by a sports celebrity will draw large crowds at trade shows, casinos and store openings, increase donations at fundraisers, make a lasting impression on your visitors. AFFINITY artists range in price from about $15,000 to $1,000,000 per show. Ready to Go? Are you prepared to make a 50% deposit when and if a national artist accepts your offer? If you make a deposit and change your mind at a later date, your deposit is forfeited. Are you prepared and do you have the authority to make a fast decision? Information on AFFINITY groups' availability is only good at the moment it is given. There are no "holds" on AFFINITY groups. Determine a Budget - for entire show including price of act, transportation, accommodations, catering, insurance, technical production, labor, and production management. Select an artist. Select exact date. Venue of concert. Serious Bookings Only: All questions regarding Artist availability and fees are confidential by nature and MUST be accompanied by either: 1. An email with your complete name, company name, telephone number, web site address, date and location of engagement. OR 2. A request written on your company letterhead, including your name and telephone number, date and location of engagement - faxed to our offices at 323-843-9696.
