How Much Talent Do You Need?

Having trouble figuring out how many models or talent to use? Here’s an easy formula:

Number of customers per hour

12 = Number of staff for booth.

You’ll need 4 staff for every 50 customers per hour

If you assume that each visitor spends five minutes at your exhibit, that allows for 12 visitor interactions with each staff person per hour. Based on your past experience or your future projections, how many customers do you wish to qualify each hour?

An average 10 x 10 booth can fit three individuals comfortably. However, you can always place several of the talent in front of the booth as well.
